How we count this.

Publishing numbers invites scrutiny, which is exactly the point. Here's the math behind every figure above.

Blended ROAS

Total revenue (Shopify or billing system, net of refunds) divided by total media spend across every channel that month. Not platform-reported. Verified by the client's finance team where applicable.

CAC

New customer count, deduplicated and first-purchase only, divided by the paid spend that produced them. Excludes organic and email-attributed conversions per post-purchase survey results.

Time horizon

Every figure is trailing 90 days or "month eight versus month one." If a number reflects an unusual quarter (a viral creator video, a seasonal pop), we say so on the long-form case page instead of headlining with it.
